How to Update Your Contact Info in MyCCRI

Description: Keep your contact information up-to-date in MyCCRI to receive RAVE alerts and the ability to reset your own password.

How-to Steps:

Add or Edit your Cell Phone Number
The RAVE emergency alert system pulls cell phone numbers associated with each student's MyCCRI account. 

  1. Log into your MyCCRI account and click the myInfo tab
  2. .
  3. Click Update Addresses and Phones.
  4. Click on Cellular/Mobile.
  5. Fill in your phone number in the field under Cell Phone:
  6. Click Submit.

Add or Edit your Email Address
To verify, add, change or remove the personal email address for Rave email message alerts, please follow these steps.

  1. Log into your MyCCRI account and click the myInfo tab.
  2. Click Update E-mail Addresses.
  3. If you already have a Personal e-mail address listed under Personal e-mail address, click to change it.
  4. If not, select Personal e-mail address from the Type of E-mail to Insert drop-down list.
  5. Enter or update your personal e-mail address
  6. Click Submit
