Request Elevated Access to DocuSign

Beginning November 15, 2024, we are transitioning to a Just-In-Time (JIT) login for DocuSign, which will allow new users to create an account the first time they log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) instead of having to submit a request to set up an account. 

This service is limited to those with DS Viewer access – the default permission profile for most DocuSign users – and not those who require elevated access.

What does this mean?

  • No more lengthy help desk tickets for account creation
  • A reduced workload and wait time for new user setup

If a new employee needs DocuSign access for their role, please have them log into DocuSign as soon as November 15 to create their account. 

This new permission has no impact on current DocuSign users and will not result in any DocuSign downtime, however, please be aware that employees who need elevated DocuSign access beyond DS Viewer must still submit a ticket.
