Art Dept. Loaner Equipment Agreement

ONLY FOR CCRI STUDENTS ENROLLED IN ARTS DIGITAL OR PHOTO CLASSES

As a student in a digital art course, you may need to use equipment specific to your course's needs. Your course instructor will inform you of the required equipment.
Once your instructor has notified you, you may submit the Equipment Loaner Agreement DocuSign to be eligible to borrow Art Dept. equipment appropriately suited to your course needs.

Once your Equipment Loaner Agreement Contract is complete, you will be able to submit a request for the specific loaner devices you need for your course(s).

Loans will be dependent upon demand and availability. Equipment will be distributed at the instructor’s discretion.

Submission of this agreement will not guarantee you access to loaner equipment. The department will do its best to meet the needs of the students responsibly and efficiently.

Only begin the form AFTER you are advised to by your instructor.
