How to Map A Shared Drive for Mac

Description: Below you will find the information and steps needed to map a shared drive to your Mac. 

How-to Steps:

1. While off-campus, go to your desktop menu bar at the top of the screen and click "Go"

2. Click on "Connect to Server"

3. In the "Connect to Server" dialog box type in the full path of your shared drive. Example: smb://campus.ccri.edu/dfs01/YourDepartmentShare Then click on the "+" button.

4. Click "Connect"

5. You will be asked to authenticate. Click the "Registered User" button and use your CCRI credentials and hit "Connect".

6. Your shared drive and its contents should now be visible.
