Reconnecting Windows 10 Laptop to Wi-Fi

Description: There is a known issue with bringing laptops back onto campus after not being here for an extended period of time. All you have to do is forget the network and reconnect using your CCRI credentials.

How-to Steps:

1. Right click the windows icon in the bottom left and click on "Settings".
2. On the next window click on the "Network & Internet" option.

3. On the left hand side of the window, click on "Wi-Fi".

4. Click "Manage known networks", right click "CCRI Community" and select forget.
   1. 
5. Navigate back to the previous page and click "Show available networks".
   1. 
6. Click "CCRI Community" and sign in with your usual CCRI credentials.

After those steps are completed you should be able to connect to the internet without any issues.
