How to delete user profiles from Library loaner laptops

Description: The steps below are to clear out user profiles and data on library loaner laptops after being returned by students.

Warning: This will delete all inactive profiles on the device. Please use with caution.

How-to Steps:

1. Connect to wifi network CCRI_Community and authenticate to the wifi with your CCRI credentials
2. Log in to the computer with your CCRI credentials
3. Search for Software Center and Open Software Center
   
    
4.  Once software center opens, use the search box in the upper right corner of software center to search for the app called DelProf2
   
    
5. Once you have found the app, Click on it, then click Install
   

• Note: You may see Reinstall instead of Install, this just means the app has ran on this device before.The user profiles will still be deleted when installed.

5. Once the DelProf2 has finished running. Please restart the computer
