    Description:

    Call parking allows you to put a call on hold and pick it back up on any phone within your network.

    How-to Steps:

    1. Park a call from Webex by selecting the park calling option from More.
    2. Once parked, you will be able to see the extension where the call is waiting. 
    3. To retrieve a call, the answerer can click Retrieve Call from their app footer and enter the extension. 
    4. On a desk phone:​​​​​
      1. Park a call on your desk phone by pressing Park.
      2. Your phone will ask for the number of the parked call.
      3. Enter the number and press Pound (#) or share the number with the person retrieving the call.
    5. Pick up a parked call from anywhere in your network by pressing Unpark and enter the number followed by Pound (#).
