Webex: Logging In and Out of the Webex Desk Phone

Description:

This is how you log in and out on the Cisco Webex Desk Phones

How-to Steps:

  1. To Sign In, select the softkey button for Guest In  
  2. Enter in your User ID with the keypad on the phone, this is your assigned Webex extension. You can view your Webex assigned phone number under the Caller ID options in the Webex app 
  3. Use the navigation cluster (center circular button) and press on the bottom of the circle to go to the Password input. This is your Voicemail PIN.
  4. To enter your Password/Voicemail PIN, click the softkey button for Option. Then press down on the navigation button again so Input num is highlighted. Press in the center of the navigation button to confirm the selection. Use the keypad to enter in your Voicemail PIN.
  5. Once your User ID and Password are entered, click the softkey button for Sign In.
  6. If you are part of a Call Queue, click the softkey button for AgtSgnIn to sign into your queue.
  7. To Sign Out, select the softkey button for AgtSgnOut (if applicable) then click the softkey button for GuestOut
