Why am I getting "Account Disabled" when I attempt to login to MyCCRI?

Description: An "Account Disabled" message means that the account has been suspended temporarily for security reasons.

To clear an "Account Disabled" message:

  • Wait five minutes and try again, making sure your are typing the correct username and password.
  • If you continue to have this issue, please call the Help Desk at 825-1112
