Description: Why do I get "The Information you entered does not match our records" when trying to retrieve my username?

How-to Steps:

• Your date of birth was not entered in the correct format of mmddyy
• Your CCRI ID number, social security number or date of birth was not entered correctly
• Your application has not been fully processed yet
• Your social security number and/or date of birth on file is incorrect or missing

To resolve these errors:

• Check the information and try again making sure the date of birth is typed in the correct format
• The application process takes twenty-four hours. If this time has elapsed, contact the Office of Enrollment Services at 401-825-2003 and verify that there is no missing information delaying the process.
• Verify with the Office of Enrollment Services that the Social Security number and date of birth on file is correct.
