Connecting a Windows Laptop to Display to a Projector

Description:  The user wants to display a Windows laptop screen to a projector.

How-to Steps:

• Locate the unplugged VGA cable marked "LAPTOP" on top of the podium or desk. 
• Plug it into the VGA port on the laptop.
• Turn on the projector.
• On the KVM or Extron box, select number 2.
• NOTE: If the laptop doesn't display, hold down the Win+P keys, then click on Duplicate.
