How to Check Seat Availability for Courses

Description: MyCCRI makes it possible for students to view how many seats are available for a particular course.

How-to Steps:

  1. Log in to your MyCCRI account and click on the For Students tab.

  2. On the left-hand side, under Registration Tools, click the Look Up Classes link.

  3. Select the term you wish to check by clicking on the down arrow. Click on the Submit button.

  4. Click on the down arrow next to the Subject and select a discipline.  Click on the Class Search button

  5. Scroll down through the courses. You will see 6 columns that indicate available seats:
    • Cap (Capacity of students for the class)
    • Act (Actual number of students registered to date)
    • WL Cap (number of students that can waitlist)
    • WL Act (number of student on waitlist)
    • WL Rem (number of waitlist seats remaining)

  6. Click the check box next to the course you wish to add to the work sheet or register for. If there is a "C" next to the CRN, the class is closed .
