How to Use the Advisor Menu (For Faculty)

Description: The Advisor function allows faculty to view unofficial academic transcripts and do degree audits of any student registered in their courses. These functions are not available on students not currently enrolled in a faculty member's course.

How-to Steps:

  1. Log in to MyCCRI and click the For Faculty tab.
  2. Click on the Advisor Menu link.

  3. The Faculty & Advisor menu will display. Click Term Selection to select the current term.
  4. Navigate to the current term and click Submit.
  5. In the box labeled ID Selection, search for a student by either CCRI ID (8-digit number starting with 9.......) or last name. Click Submit.image of the student/advisee query
  6. Select one of the options:

  • Registration
  • Add/Drop a Class(Note:faculty must have the student's password to access this option. This function is primarily used by Advising and Counseling staff.)
  • Student Academic Transcript
  • Degree Evaluation
  • View Holds
  • View Test Scores
