Description: Below you will find instructions on how to clear the cache of Firefox on a Mac.
How-to Steps:
- Click the menu button
and select "Options"
- Select the "Privacy & Security" panel
- In the "Cookies and Site Data" section click, "Clear Data..."
- Remove the check mark for "Cookies and Site Data"
- Your settings should match the image below:

- If you match the above settings click "Clear"
Your cache should now be cleared for Firefox.
How to set up automatic cache clearing in Firefox.
How-to Steps:
- Click the menu button
and select "Options"
- Select the "Privacy & Security" panel and go to the "History" section
- Under the History section go to "Firefox will" and change to "use custom settings for history"

- Select the check box for "Clear history when Firefox closes"

- Click the "Settings..." button next to "Clear history when Firefox closes"
- Make sure "Cache" is selected with a blue check mark

- Click "OK" and close out of all settings windows
You should now have automatic cache clearing set up for Firefox.
