Before You Begin:

How-to Steps:

    • When prompted:
      • If calling from your own phone, enter your voicemail PIN, then press #.
      • If calling from another phone, press *, enter your mailbox ID (your seven-digit CCRI phone number), then your voicemail PIN, each followed by #.
    • If you haven't recorded your name yet, you’ll be prompted to do so before continuing.
  2. Listen to the Voicemail
    • Press 1 to access your voicemail messages.
    • Press 1 again to listen to the current message.
  3. Forward the Message

    • Press # to end the recording.
  4. Send the Forwarded Message
    • Press 3 to send the message.
    • Enter the mailbox number of the recipient. These are the last four digits of their CCRI phone number (extension), then press #.
  5. Return to the Main Menu
    • Press * three times to return to the main menu.

Important Notes:

  • WebEx Calling Only: The voicemail forwarding feature only works between users on WebEx Calling.
  • Message Retention: Read messages are automatically deleted after 45 days, unless they are marked as saved.
  • Mailbox Limits: If your mailbox reaches 100 messages or 100 minutes of saved content, it will no longer accept new messages. You must delete old messages to free up space.
