How to Change Your MyCCRI Student Password

  1. From ccri.edu open login drop down

   2. Click on Help desk

5. Enter your complete CCRI email address, (example mjones@my.ccri.edu) and Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio.

6. Please choose the first contact method we should use for verification:

7. Follow prompts according to your choice 

8. Reset password
