How to Update Your Contact Info in MyCCRI

Description

Keep your contact information up-to-date in MyCCRI to receive RAVE alerts and the ability to reset your own password.


1. Log into your MyCCRI Portal using this link and select "MyCCRI": https://ccri.edu/mobileapps/myccrilogin.html

2. Above the panels, select the "My Account" tab.

3. In the "Update / View My Information" panel, select "Personal Information Update".

4. Here you can update your personal email or phone number records if any are missing or incorrect.

a. To add a new phone number or email record, click the "Add New" button on the right side of the screen.

b. To modify an existing phone number or email record, click the pencil icon under the listed record.
