Description: If you prefer your first name be displayed differently than your legal first name in Blackboard, you will need to designate a chosen first name via the MyCCRI student portal. Please allow up to 12 hours for this change to appear in Blackboard.
- Log into your MyCCRI account and click the Main Menu hamburger icon
- Click on My Account
- Click Personal Information Update
- Click the Pencil icon to edit your personal details
- Enter your preferred first name and Click Update
Requesting Email/Username Changes:
If you would like your CCRI email address/username updated to match your chosen name, please email helpdesk@ccri.edu from your CCRI email.
