Webex: Calling Settings

Description:

This is how to check and change your calling settings in the Webex app.

How-to Steps:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top left of the app
  2. Go to Settings and click the Calling category
  3. Adjust the settings to fit your preference 
  4. Click Advanced Call Settings to further customize the settings
  5. From Advanced Call Settings you can:
  • Adjust voice mail preferences
  • Set up call forwarding
  • Reject anonymous calls
  • Block your caller ID
  • Turn on call waiting

Some Calling Settings are only accessible through the Advanced Call Settings if they have been enabled by the administrator
