How to Verify Enrollment

*Recommended Browsers for working in the Dashboard: Chrome or Firefox*

Description: All faculty should verify student attendance.

Step 1: Accessing verification of Enrollment

  1. Login to your MyCCRI Account
  2. Click on the "Faculty" tab.
  3. Locate the "Faculty Resources" Card
    ▪ Click on “Verification of Enrollment”

Step 2: Verifying your Roster

NOTE: Please be sure that the correct Academic Period is selected before you begin to verify.

Under the Course section, select the course to verify by clicking in on it.

  • If all students are attending, click “All Attending” then “Complete Process”
    - Notice the “Last Attend” field populated with the date that verification was completed.

After clicking “Complete Process” the dashboard should automatically refresh to reflect the updated information. If this is not the case, please refresh the browser.

Reporting one or more students as “No Show”.

  • If one or more students are not attending, select the student’s name then click “Flag as No Show”
    Note: If there are multiple students you wish to flag, select the first student, then hold down the “CTRL” Key on Windows or “Command” Key on Mac and select the other students.
  • Click “Flag as No Show”, then “Complete Process”. If you see an error after clicking “Complete Process”, click here

Important Note: If you flagged a student as no show by mistake, prior to clicking the “Complete Process" button, you can simply select the student then click “Clear Selected”. If you have already clicked the “Complete Process” button, click here.

After clicking “Complete Process” the dashboard should automatically refresh to reflect the updated information. If this is not the case, please refresh the browser.

Repeat Step 2, if needed for any other courses you would like to verify.

 

Verifying a student(s) who was “No Showed” and now reinstated to the course.

Step 1: Navigate to the course the student was reinstated in.

Step 2: Enter in the student’s ID number.

Step 3: Select the student’s name in the list, then click “Reverify".
             - The student will now have a last attend date populated in the LAST_ATTEND column.

Note: Once you are finished, remove the student’s ID number from the box to see your full roster of verified students.

 

I realized I made a mistake after clicking “Completed Process” button.

In the top left corner of the screen, click the “Delete” tab

  • Confirm the correct “Academic Period” is selected
    -  In the course area, click on the course you wish to change, then click the “Clear All” button.
    -  Navigate back to the main dashboard by clicking the “Main” tab. You may need to refresh to see updated dashboard.
       -  Note: The “COMPLETED/VERIFIED” tag should now be removed from the course.
    -  You can now proceed with verifying the course again.

 

Important Note!

If you see an error with the highlighted text in the screenshot below, it indicates that you tried verifying or reverify a course you have already completed. Please click “close” the window and move.
